CLOAKING

QPAM Limited (QPAM) offers cloaking at most events at Spark Arena either externally on the Plaza or at the Information and Cloaking Desk inside by Entry B. Larger items (for example bags larger than 30x30, prams) will need to be cloaked externally on the Plaza. 

Please check your pre-event mailer or the specific event information page for more details about cloaking availability for your event.

Cloak Room Terms and Conditions:

1. Cloaking costs $5 per item cloaked which is payable by card only.
   
   
2. You agree by accepting the reclaim ticket for your cloaked item that QPAM will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property, being the subject of the reclaim ticket.
   
   
3. Items are stored at the sole risk of the owner of the property or the user of this Cloak Room service.
   
   
4. Any prohibited items listed in Spark Arena’s Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
   
   
5. Your item(s) can be reclaimed by presenting your reclaim ticket at the conclusion of your event.
   
   
6. QPAM are expressly authorised to release the property to any person presenting this reclaim ticket without requiring that person to present identification.
   
   
7. If you fail to collect your item at the conclusion of your event, please notify QPAM within 1 week of your event. QPAM will retain the item for a maximum of 2 weeks following the event.
   
   
8. By using this Cloak Room service, you acknowledge and agree that QPAM Limited reserves the right to donate your item to charity or dispose of it if the item is not reclaimed within 2 weeks following the event. QPAM does not accept any liability in donating or disposing of items that have not been reclaimed within 2 weeks following an event.
